Who Controls This Data?
Foodmek processes personal data of our customers both as a processor and a controller as defined by the GDPR. The Foodmek entity which you as a user entered an agreement with when using Foodmek’s platform, will be the controller for user data.

Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box you can click to indicate you would like the information to be used by Foodmek for direct marketing purposes as per “What we do with the information we gather” There will be opt-in boxes for each method of contact. ie. Email, mail or telephone.
If you have previously agreed Foodmek using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also click Stop Emailing Me Your Marketing Material at the bottom of any Foodmek email signature.
